What does your BCBA do?

• Conducts an initial assessment in your home
• Gets to know you and your child very well
• Writes your child’s Individual Behavior Plan
• Writes recommendations for what kind and how many hours of services your child needs
• Supervises and guides your child’s ABA therapist
• Trains you to implement your child’s Behavior Plan so your child can generalize skills
• Re-assesses your child’s progress and updates your child’s plan every 6 months.

What does your ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician do?

• Provides ABA therapy in a caring, compassionate manner
• Works flexibly with your schedule to make sure the timing of your services work for you and your child
• Implements your child’s Individual Behavior Plan
• Uploads session notes and progress notes to our online portal so you can track your child’s progress at any time.
